⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about DES of Wilmington. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, honest, easy to work with, and completely transparent about what my vehicle actually needed. After a disastrous experience with Capital Ford of Wilmington, where I was quoted nearly $1,900 for the repair, I went to DES Audio and had an entirely different experience. They took care of the issue for around $650. Not only did they save me a ridiculous amount of money, they were on time, stayed within budget, and made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help rather than see how much they could charge me. What really stood out was their willingness to explain the problem, answer my questions, and recommend only the work that was necessary. They never pressured me into unnecessary repairs or upgrades, and they kept me informed throughout the process. Amazing customer service, great communication, honest pricing, and genuinely nice people. Finding a business you can trust with your vehicle is huge, and DES Audio absolutely earned my trust and future business. I would recommend them without hesitation.

DES is always Perfessional and the work is always top notch. I ordered a custom interior for my 25 F150 Lobo and they ordered it quickly got it in and had my truck back to me in less than two days! Love the quality and craftsmanship! We are doing this build for our YouTube Channel @thevehiclecorral and they were very accommodating to our needs. I will use them in the future for sure on our other projects!

I gave DES a 5 star review because they are simply the best in the business! The owner Branden is hands on and his team are a well trained group of professionals. I have been doing business with them for over 10 years and I am as dedicated to them as they are to me! John O.
